How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked online. Choose your service, pick a time that suits you, and complete the booking on the scheduling page. A deposit is required to confirm. Book now.
Which service is right for my hair?
If you are not sure, book a consultation and talk through your hair goals with Katina. A consultation is also required before booking I-Tip Extensions, the Fusion Install, the Braidless Microlink Install or Metowi Microlinks.
Do you offer hairstylist training?
Yes. Katina teaches one-on-one training through her Single Weft Microlink Masterclass. Call (416) 886-2481 to inquire.
Where can I find your booking policies?
The booking policies are shown on the scheduling page before you confirm your appointment. The key points are below.
How do deposits and rescheduling work?
A deposit is required for every service. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it counts toward the price of your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment by cash, debit or e-transfer. You may reschedule once without losing your deposit, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
What happens if I arrive late?
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive 10 minutes late, $30 is added to the cost of your service. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled.
Do I need to buy my hair from Katina?
Only for microlink extensions. If you are booking a microlink install, the hair must be purchased from Katina. For every other service, you can buy your hair elsewhere.
Can my appointment time change?
Appointment times are subject to change. If that happens, you will be notified immediately by email or text.

Katina is located in Oshawa, Ontario. The full address is sent by email and text 24 hours before your appointment.
